Golf Channel Children’s Miracle Network Classic Mobile Donation

During the Golf Channel’s Children’s Miracle Network Classic Tournament coverage a text donation campaign will be conducted benefiting Children’s Miracle Network.Â The Golf Channel’s anchors and hosts will ask viewers to grab their cell phone and text “KIDS” to 90999 to donate $5.00 to Children’s Miracle Network and you can help save kids lives.

The tournament will be broadcasted LIVE- Nov. 6, 7, 8, 9 at 1:00pm-4:00pm EST
with a Replay 7:00pm-10:00pm EST and 6:00am-8:00am EST
Additionally, the final round will be replayed on Monday, Nov. 10th, 1:30pm to 4:00pm EST

Children’s Miracle Network is one of the first non-profits in the US to embrace the mobile giving channel, with mGive, allowing donors to connect with the organization and contribute funds through text messaging. Cell phone users will have the chance to instantly react to fundraising appeals and confirm their donation by simply sending a text message. The donation is charged to the donor’s regular monthly cell phone bill and is separated from other transactions and identified as a non-taxable donation.
