AUA and NFL Mobile Giving Superbowl Promotion
Stephen Joos, January 29th, 2009 During this Sunday’s Super Bowl, the American Urological Society and the NFL have collaborated to show a PSA for prostate cancer. The video is 30 seconds long and will be shown in stadium during the year’s biggest game, and on the NFL network.
The video features Mike Haynes, NFL Vice President, former player, and Pro Football Hall of Fame Inductee in 1997; along with Willie Lanier a Pro Football Hall of Fame Inductee for 1986, and Len Dawson Pro Football Hall of Fame Inductee for 1987.
The video also contains a Mobile Giving call to action asking viewers to text LIFE to 90999 to donate $5 to help fund prostate cancer screening and the search for a cure. Mobile donations for the American Urological Society are powered by mGive.

The response to national disaster is awesome but it’s a damn shame that so many citizens take advantage of the sad situations.
I mean everytime there is an earthquake, a flood, an oil spill – there’s always a group of heartless people who rip off tax payers.
This is in response to reading that 4 of Oprah Winfreys “angels” got busted ripping off the system. Shame on them!
